All products in our shop our custom-made to order.  Because of the personalized nature of these items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please review your order carefully before checkout.  if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.
